Source-proposed guide paths are references, not proof that those paths resolve.

## Operating sequence

- Capture the learner question as a source-labelled Notebook note.

- Clarify audience, prior knowledge, learning goal, scope, and whether the request involves high-stakes instruction.

- Gather only supplied or human-provided source references; do not invent primary sources.

- Record provenance, locators, SHA-256 values when available, revisions, lifecycle, and accessibility notes.

- Use Citation sextant and Citation rules to inspect citation completeness and source relationships.

- Use Claim examiner to separate direct evidence, interpretation, uncertainty, and disputed claims.

- Use Recall prism to create retrieval prompts or checks grounded in the reviewed material.

- Assemble an ordered learning path with prerequisites, bounded activities, source links, expected learner artifacts, and estimated durations.

- Attach relevant local file references through Files without implying hidden upload or protected storage.

- Create review to-dos with explicit due dates for unresolved sources, disputes, accessibility issues, and human approval.

- Submit the proposed pathway through Approvals; keep it Needs review or Held when any principal gate is triggered.

- Record the Agent receipt, authority boundary, unresolved hazards, and final local decision.

- Expose the pathway only as a proposal or indexed local record; do not claim curriculum publication, enrollment, qualification, or external delivery.

## Handoff boundary

- A tutoring pathway may be mistaken for accredited instruction, professional advice, or institutional authority.

- Disputed evidence may be flattened into a false consensus if claim status is omitted.

- Weak or inaccessible sources may be presented as primary evidence.

- Invented citations, sources, quotations, or curriculum requirements would violate the job boundary.

- Student identity or sensitive educational data may be captured unnecessarily.

- Unreviewed high-stakes instructional content may cause material harm.

- External enrollment, credentialing, provider writes, publication, and customer indexing are outside the observed contract.

- A native route or named tool does not prove a connected production feature.

- Accessibility failures can prevent learners from inspecting sources or completing activities.
