Load Balancer / Queueing Wait-Time Estimator (M/M/1) implementation
A source-bound implementation contract for Load Balancer / Queueing Wait-Time Estimator (M/M/1); deployment and executable qualification remain separate.
Binding contract
This record describes what an executable surface must bind and validate. It does not claim that a public calculator, package, or production route is deployed.

Input and validation requirements
The specification becomes unsafe if an implementation blindly evaluates L and W at or above ρ=1: at equality it divides by zero, and above equality it can emit negative queue lengths and wait times unless it rejects the unstable case. Mixed rate units can also produce incorrect utilization and stability decisions if rates are not normalized.
Required corrections
No binding erratum is attached to this unique-name record. Implementers must still preserve the declared units, domain, and failure behavior.
Inspectable interface fixture
The sample below is evidence for interface and validation tests, not a production implementation.
