Magic Square / Latin Square Generator implementation
A source-bound implementation contract for Magic Square / Latin Square Generator; deployment and executable qualification remain separate.

Input and validation requirements
The extreme-order vector exposes an unsafe acceptance path: n=1,000,000,000 requires 10^18 cells, exceeds JavaScript safe-integer precision, and cannot be practically allocated. The Latin-square vector also exposes an unresolved zero-based versus one-based symbol convention that can change the validity result.
Required corrections
No binding erratum is attached to this unique-name record. Implementers must still preserve the declared units, domain, and failure behavior.
Inspectable interface fixture
The sample below is evidence for interface and validation tests, not a production implementation.
