Retaining Wall — Rankine Active/Passive Earth Pressure implementation

A source-bound implementation contract for Retaining Wall — Rankine Active/Passive Earth Pressure; deployment and executable qualification remain separate.

Status: VERIFIED_CLEANLifecycle: implementation-contract

Binding contract

This record describes what an executable surface must bind and validate. It does not claim that a public calculator, package, or production route is deployed.

Input and validation requirements

The phi=90 degree input causes tan(90 degrees) to divide by zero, making Kp, passive pressure, and passive resultant undefined. The branch-switch vector also exposes arithmetic consistency requirements: the correct passive base pressure for phi=30 degrees, gamma=18 kN/m^3, and H=6 m is 324 kPa, and the correct passive resultant is 972 kN/m.

Required corrections

No binding erratum is attached to this unique-name record. Implementers must still preserve the declared units, domain, and failure behavior.

Inspectable interface fixture

The sample below is evidence for interface and validation tests, not a production implementation.
