This page defines proposed acceptance criteria for the qualification lane. It does not execute tests, establish compliance, qualify the subject, or authorize an effect.

Outcome definitions
- Verified
- All stated evidence and acceptance requirements passed for the exact reviewed revision; this still does not authorize deployment or an external effect.
- Failed
- One or more deterministic acceptance requirements failed with an inspectable reason.
- Needs review
- Evidence or interpretation is incomplete, conflicting, or awaits an identified human reviewer.
- Held
- Authority, required evidence, safe execution conditions, or a principal gate is absent.
The current record remains NOT RUN / HELD. These definitions describe candidate outcomes only.
Proposed deterministic acceptance tests
Route-resolution and distinct-content checks apply only to the admitted canonical routes in this record. Held source-proposed extensions are non-resolving proposals and are excluded.
- Deterministic qualification: a request is locally qualified only when required fields are complete, all material claims have source locators and hashes, chronology is internally consistent, authority is explicit, required reviews pass, no principal gate is unresolved, and rollback or recovery is documented; otherwise status is held or rejected.
- Negative: missing owner, missing reviewer, missing source locator, stale or mismatched SHA-256, conflicting revisions, absent authority, plaintext credential, unbounded destructive action, or unspecified external effect must prevent approval.
- Negative: a request mentioning deployment, providers, credentials, databases, customers, publication, or production must not be rendered as completed, connected, authoritative, indexed, or live.
- Accessibility: every field has a programmatic label; required state and errors are exposed non-visually; keyboard-only users can complete and review the form; focus moves to the first blocking error; status is not conveyed by color alone; headings and landmarks are ordered; repeated content has useful link text.
- Accessibility: validation errors identify the field and remediation in text; dynamic receipt and hold-state updates are announced; contrast and target-size review is recorded before local approval.
- Privacy: credentials, tokens, private keys, payment data, and unnecessary personal or customer data are rejected or redacted before persistence; visibility defaults to private or held; source and attachment references expose metadata only until protected handling is explicitly reviewed.
- Privacy: search and PointGuard context must not expose private or held records to an unauthorized audience; customer indexing and publication remain held claims.
- Chronology: source_captured_at must not be later than review time; approved_at must not precede the latest required review; revisions are monotonic and preserve prior receipts; a late or conflicting event forces hold.
- Source: each material proposal claim maps to a source_record_id and locator; checksum mismatch or unavailable source evidence yields a source-failure state, not inferred trust.
- Authority: confidence, role labels, or a named agent do not constitute permission; approval requires a recorded authorized reviewer and explicit gate disposition; unclear Antonio authority is held.
- Failure state: validation failure preserves entered data locally without silently submitting; source failure shows the missing or mismatched evidence; authority failure shows the blocked gate; dependency failure records the unavailable dependency and prevents completion; timeout or duplicate submission does not create duplicate canonical records.
- Failure state: rollback failure, incident signal, or changed scope changes the decision to Held and creates a follow-up record; no external send, credential change, destructive remediation, purchase, legal filing, publication, provider write, database write, customer index, or deployment is performed.
- Record integrity: every decision receipt preserves canonical ID, origin, source locators, SHA-256 values, provenance, revision, lifecycle, tags, links, attachments, and record revisions.
- Separation of concerns: PointGuard may carry context, but the specialist surface remains the proposed execution and canonical-record owner; no context surface is treated as proof of execution.
- Instrument integrity: only exact allowed slugs are selectable; disposed or unavailable instruments cannot satisfy an acceptance test; instrument output is labeled educational or verification evidence and never authority.
Negative and held-state tests
- Authority laundering through agent identity, role labels, confidence, or copied approvals.
- Proposal being mistaken for deployment, connection, publication, production state, or qualification.
- Credential, personal, customer, or payment data entering notes, files, messages, search, or context surfaces.
- Stale, conflicting, unhashed, or chronologically impossible source evidence.
- Destructive remediation or irreversible external effect proceeding without a human gate.
- Duplicate records or overwritten revisions during retries or dependency failures.
- Accessibility barriers hiding blocking errors or hold states.
- Instrument calculations being misrepresented as live operational evidence or permission.
Qualification claim boundary
Potentially allowed only after the stated evidence
- This is a proposal-only qualification package for bounded engineering review.
- The package defines required records, fields, gates, evidence, tests, and held states.
- The observed native contract includes source-labelled records, revisions, provenance, deadlines, approvals, and held external effects as described in the supplied record.
- The allowed directory contains the specifically selected verified instruments by exact slug.
Still held
- Deployment, provider connection, credential change, database authority, customer indexing, publication, production status, or external write.
- Qualification, approval, security certification, incident resolution, or successful implementation.
- Any claim that a native route proves a connected web feature.
- Any claim that an agent identity or confidence grants authority.
- Any live metric, live availability, or current customer or public state.
