This page defines proposed acceptance criteria for the qualification lane. It does not execute tests, establish compliance, qualify the subject, or authorize an effect.
Lane-specific instrument aids
No verified instrument is assigned to this qualification lane.
Outcome definitions
- Verified
- All stated evidence and acceptance requirements passed for the exact reviewed revision; this still does not authorize deployment or an external effect.
- Failed
- One or more deterministic acceptance requirements failed with an inspectable reason.
- Needs review
- Evidence or interpretation is incomplete, conflicting, or awaits an identified human reviewer.
- Held
- Authority, required evidence, safe execution conditions, or a principal gate is absent.
The current record remains NOT RUN / HELD. These definitions describe candidate outcomes only.
Proposed deterministic acceptance tests
Route-resolution and distinct-content checks apply only to the admitted canonical routes in this record. Held source-proposed extensions are non-resolving proposals and are excluded.
- Qualification passes only when the dossier has a stable local ID, Wick ownership, proposal-only lifecycle, and a complete required-record linkage.
- Every factual claim, relationship statement, pricing statement, and account assertion has a source record, locator, revision, and source SHA-256; otherwise fail source test and hold the draft.
- A claim that cannot be sourced is either removed or visibly labeled unknown; invented relationship history fails the negative test.
- A draft addressed to an unverified route, or any draft with an unresolved recipient identity, fails authority and negative tests.
- Any attempt to send, publish, represent Guth, access an account, make a pricing commitment, or make a relationship commitment results in Held, not Approved or completed.
- Approval is valid only for the exact reviewed revision, channel, recipient or audience, and stated scope; edits invalidate approval and require re-review.
- Chronology passes only when source capture dates, contact dates, response dates, revision order, and proposed deadline are non-conflicting; conflicts fail qualification.
- Privacy passes only when the dossier excludes unnecessary personal data, secrets, credentials, private contact details without an allowed source purpose, and protected attachments; unresolved exposure is Held.
- Authority passes only when Wick is recorded as preparing material and not as the sender, publisher, account owner, or relationship authority.
- Accessibility passes when every required field has a programmatic label, keyboard operation is possible, focus order follows the form order, errors are text-described and associated with fields, status is not conveyed by color alone, and draft content is readable without images.
- Negative test: empty source set, missing hash, missing locator, stale revision, duplicate account identity, contradictory contact dates, or unsupported claim must produce a specific failure state rather than a successful draft.
- Negative test: attempted external action must create a held receipt containing action type, target, actor, draft revision, reason, and reviewer requirement.
- Failure recovery passes when a failed record remains inspectable, retains its source and revision references, exposes the failing rule, and can be corrected without overwriting history.
- Search and visibility tests pass only when private or held records remain partitioned from public documentation and are not indexed as published outreach.
- No qualification result may claim deployment, provider connection, database authority, customer indexing, publication, or external delivery.
Negative and held-state tests
- Impersonation of Antonio or Guth
- Sending from an unverified route
- Accidental publication or external delivery
- Invented relationship history
- Unsupported pricing or commitment language
- Credential or account-access exposure
- Chronology corruption from stale or conflicting contact records
- Private dossier leakage through search or public surfaces
- Approval attached to an altered draft revision
- Overreliance on a named native surface as proof of connected web behavior
- Inaccessible forms or status messages
- False qualification caused by missing source hashes, locators, or provenance
Qualification claim boundary
Potentially allowed only after the stated evidence
- This is a proposal-only qualification package for bounded outreach-dossier preparation.
- Wick is specified as a held specialist for preparing source-linked communications.
- The package requires human review before external send, publication, relationship commitments, pricing statements, or account access.
- The supplied native contract describes local records, revisions, provenance, deadlines, approvals, and held external effects.
Still held
- That Wick is deployed or connected to a provider, account, database, customer index, or publication channel.
- That any message has been sent or any world post has been published.
- That an account relationship exists or that contact history is complete.
- That an outreach dossier has qualified in production.
- That Guth or Antonio has authorized an external communication.
- That any named route is a connected web feature rather than a local prototype or index.
