Operating sequence
- Confirm the job scope, owner status, target world or account, and requested deadline.
- Create or locate the bounded World packet and Outreach queue item; preserve canonical IDs and provenance.
- Collect source-labelled references and apply a Source lock before drafting conclusions or messages.
- Review the Account dossier and Contact history; if relationship history is absent or conflicting, mark the item held rather than filling the gap.
- Classify the observed response or opportunity using the Response classifier record and record the evidence supporting that classification.
- Draft source-linked research notes and, where requested, a message for human review; keep claims, tone, recipient, and route explicit.
- Run the authority checklist for impersonation, route verification, relationship commitments, pricing statements, account access, sending, and publishing.
- Create or update deadlines and workback tasks with due dates, priority, completion state, and review tags.
- Submit the packet and draft to Notebook Approvals as Needs review; preserve the reviewer, decision, and receipt.
- Record the handoff in Agent Logs and leave unresolved uncertainty, missing sources, and failure states visible.
Handoff boundary
- Impersonating Antonio or presenting an unapproved voice as Guth.
- Sending from an unverified route or assuming account access.
- Inventing relationship history, contact details, audience reactions, or source support.
- Making pricing statements, commitments, promises, or claims of authority without human approval.
- Treating a local prototype or indexed route as a connected provider, customer, database, publication, or production system.
- Publishing or sending because a draft appears complete.
- Link rot, stale sources, duplicate contacts, ambiguous identities, and conflicting account dossiers.
- Exposing private account or contact context in a public draft or search result.
- Accessibility failures that hide held, missing-source, or approval states.
