Purpose and audience

A source-bound proposal for creating, checking, and preserving citations in guided inquiry, source comparison, lesson pathways, study records, and uncertainty marking. It keeps source locators, SHA-256 values, provenance, revisions, and lifecycle visible while treating all provider, publication, and production effects as held.
