Working browser surface: Project templates & workflows — overview — Create a local project from this template and validate its forms. This route is local-only; provider, credential, database, customer, publication, deployment, and production effects remain held.

Source-proposed guide paths are references, not proof that those paths resolve.

Operating sequence

  1. Create the project record and assign a project owner.
  2. Capture the grant opportunity and preserve its source locator, date, and requirements.
  3. Record the external deadline, timezone, internal buffer, and workback assumptions.
  4. Define scope, exclusions, required sections, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
  5. Create milestones for research, outline, first draft, evidence review, budget review, final review, packaging, and closure.
  6. Assign one accountable owner and any reviewers or approvers to each milestone.
  7. Record dependencies and identify missing information, evidence, signatures, or attachments.
  8. Draft the application in the Paper surface and link each section to requirements and evidence.
  9. Track tasks and deadlines in To-dos; use Agenda only to draft and review schedule changes.
  10. Run an evidence review for traceability, source quality, permissions, and unsupported claims.
  11. Run content, budget, eligibility, accessibility, formatting, and consistency reviews.
  12. Submit an approval request with the exact package version and preserve the decision receipt.
  13. Package the final reviewed version locally or as a held export; do not send or submit externally.
  14. Close the project by recording completion, held actions, unresolved risks, and explicit non-submission status.

Handoff boundary

  • Treating a local prototype route as proof of a connected grant provider or submission workflow.
  • Inventing eligibility, deadline, funder requirements, budget rules, or evidence when the source record does not contain them.
  • Submitting externally, sending messages, publishing content, or changing provider records without explicit human action and verified receipt.
  • Losing timezone information or silently changing a deadline during workback calculation.
  • Marking work complete without evidence, reviewer receipt, required attachment, or accountable owner.
  • Allowing unsupported claims or stale evidence into the final package.
  • Exposing private application materials through search, public documentation, PointGuard context, or customer-facing surfaces.
  • Using inaccessible form controls or validation that obscures missing requirements and failure states.
  • Treating estimates, drafts, or held exports as final application artifacts.
  • Creating doorway documentation URLs or duplicate pages without distinct useful content.

Sources and evidence

These pointers bind the page to evidence. They do not grant authority or collapse verification into deployment.
