• Any claim that exceeds the evidence, omits a material caveat, or conceals a contradiction.
• Any statement implying publication, provider connection, database authority, customer indexing, production state, credential access, funding commitment, or qualification without the required approval.
• Any claim created by Tilly through self-approval or by changing another agent’s source.
